agreed upon.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full

refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a

cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service.

5. Pricing and Availability

5.1 Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to

change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies even

after you have submitted a booking request.

5.2 Availability

We make every effort to keep our services available as indicated on the website, but we

cannot guarantee availability at all times.
